December has always been a great time to reflect on both the success and opportunities that the past year has seen. If you’re like me however, reflection usually takes a back seat to all the whoo ha that surrounds the festive season. Last week Holly (our office manager at Enterprise Search) and I found a break in our diary to attend a short 2 hour seminar focusing on reaching full potential. Without getting too involved in the gritty details, workshops like these are a great way of enhancing personal and professional development. There are plenty of providers offering regular workshop and seminars around the country; the cost differs slightly depending on the intensity of the course.
