In light of the Virgin Blue email disaster last Friday, its important to remember at times we all make mistakes. I honestly believe what really counts, is how we deal with them.
In the moment of crisis, its important to look beyond blame, anger and resentment. The key is to focus on a solution. Once the issue is resolved then take time to dissect the issue and develop strategies to prevent a recurrence.
