Following on from my last post, having computer problems reinforced the importance of regular data backup. Last year I discovered a wonderful backup service called MozyPro, the service copies all my important files and documents to a remote server. I can schedule the backups to occur automatically and I sleep easy knowing I have all my data on a secure offline server.

Making regular backups of business data should be a must for everyone and at 3.95 per month there is no excuse for not having a product like this.
